We adapt and communicate the latest knowledge for the agriculture sector, allowing Danish farmers and horticulturalists to produce the best quality products for a world class food production. 

The Knowledge Centre for Agriculture, Danish Agricultural Advisory Service (DAAS) is a partnership made up of 31 local advisory centres and a knowledge centre. This unique two-level advisory system is both owned and used by Danish farmers. The partnership employs approximately 3,500 professionals.The history of DAAS dates back to around 1875 when farmers organisations started to employ their own advisers.Today, DAAS is one of the leading agricultural advisory services in Europe.

Agro Food Park marks grand opening of 6,000 m2 of new facilities
6,000 m2 of new office-, laboratory- and conference facilities let in record time. This is reality for Agro Food Park, Denmark’s new innovation and business park within the agro-food sector, as 120 employees from 17 companies have just moved in. Located just outside Aarhus, Agro Food Park is planning for considerable expansion in coming years.
INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS
Agwaplan
Cleaner water through improved agricultural practice. The aim of the project is to facilitate the practical implementation of the EU Water Framework Directive  at farm level as well as at catchments level.

Danish Agriculture and Food Council - the main organisation of Danish farmers.

African business partner has appointed new director
Dr Silim Nahdy has been appointed to the post of Executive Director of the African Forum for Agricultural which is a close business partner to the Knowledge Centre for Agriculture.

As a result of the reorganisation of the Knowledge Centre some departments have been divided and others merged.
